- Pistons
Cast piston blanks in High Silicon (approx 22%) content Aluminium suitable for use in ABC engines with bore between 16mm to 18 mm and stroke of 18mm.
- We can offer machining service and fitting of these pistons to customer requirement.
- Typical use for these pistons is replacement for worn pistons in 3.5cc racing marine and car engines.
- We can also manufacture from solid, pistons for almost any engine be they cast iron, ringed or ABC.

- Water cooled cylinder heads manufactured for Z class engines ie Force .12, OS .12 etc.

- Silencers
We manufacture to your specification silencers in .4mm stainless steel for lightness combined with durability. This is a usefull service for scale aircraft where commercial silencers may not fit within the confines of the engine bay. Other applications for this service may be found by scale marine modellers who wish to run I/C craft but may not have the skill or facilities
to make silencers to suit the needs or layout of the boat.
- Tuned Pipes and Manifolds
- We manufacture tuned pipes either to your specification or can supply a standard range of pipes covering 2cc to 22cc.
- All Tuned pipes are manufactured from .4mm stainless steel for lightness and durability, complete with silencer and can be given a selection of cosmetic finishes.
- Manifolds to suit above pipes are manufactured from thin gauge stainless tube and Silicon bronze Brazed together for durability during use.

- Aerials
- Stainless steel whip aerials primarily for use on model boats but adaptable to fit jet turbine aircraft and I/C cars
- Aerial can be supplied complete with mounting screw and spade connector or just the whip portion which attaches via an M3.5 internal thread.

- Rubber Bellows
- We can currently offer two types of Bellows
- Type A 6mm entrance diameter and 6mm exit
- Type B 6mm entrance diameter and 1.5mm exit
- Type B 6mm entrance diameter and 1.5mm exit
- These Bellows can be used to waterproof linkage exits from radio boxes on boats and also to prevent fuel/oil ingress into throttle linkage cables on R/C aircraft

- Rudder arms (heavy duty)
- Injection moulded from glass filled Nylon with brass insert, these double sided Rudder arms are equally at home on boats or aircraft where they can be used for control of rudders or steerable nosewheels.
- They can be supplied to suit either 3/16" or 5mm shaft and are held onto the shaft via an M4 grubscrew.

- Hard Chrome plating
- For many years we have been able to provide this service to competition and sports modellers.
- The main use for Hard Chrome plating is for imparting wear resistance and also reducing friction which makes it invalueable for use in model engines for such purposes as plating bores on ABC engines and plating crankpins on high performance engines.

Crankpin plating: to reclaim worn crankpins via chrome plating and regrinding to size. Chromed crankpins £30.00 each
Cylinder plating: To refurbish and extend the life and performance of ringed or lapped cast iron piston motors using steel liners.
We also under take the stripping of OS Nickel plated liners where the plating is flaking off and replating with
chrome. In all instances we hone the liners and refit the pistons to the liners to give correct running fit.

- Low cost injection mould tool making and injection moulding service
- A service which will interest manufacturers of modelling accessories.
- We can undertake to design and make cost effective injection mould tooling costing hundreds (in most instances) not thousands of pounds which is capable of producing good quality injection moulded products.
- In conjunction with this service we can also supply mouldings from this tooling in long or short run quantities.
