Tables
A small table may be used on its own to display a small collection of pieces. A number of designs are shown here for inspiration.
Some of the more exotic hardwoods lend themselves to model making as the grain is very fine. This ebony table top has been burnished to give a very deep finish.
A folding table. 
That actually folds. Note the use of ebony and yew. The folding action completes the feel.
