Perhaps best known for his model engine designs. He was born in 1896 and served in the Royal Navy during the latter part of the First World War. In the late 1920's he was an instructur in the RAF. During World War Two he developed a number of small petrol engines for use by the armed forces. Edgar T Westbury died on 3 May 1970.
